Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe mich mit dem Thema Lizenzen eigentlich noch gar nicht wirklich beschäftigt. Da ich jetzt an einem eigenen Spiel arbeite und doch einige Externen Ressourcen verwende, wollte ich mich mal genauer mit den aktuellen Lizenzen bzw. vorallem die Credit-Nennung beschäftigen. Doch umso mehr das ich mich damit beschäftige, umso mehr Fragen tauchen eigentlich auf
Das ich Grundsätzlich der Besitzer sein muss von diversen Ressourcen (gekauft habe) das ist mir erstmal klar. Auch das es jetzt auch Unterschiede zwischen einer Lizenz und Gruppen Lizenzen gibt, ist mir klar. Aber ich habe ein paar Probleme mit der Credit-Nennung.
Hier mal ein Beispiel aus dem Addon "Addon Series Pack":

2.2 You shall use the Product for game-creation and project-specific advertising media only (screenshots, videos).
2.3 Your game must include additional documentation that clearly indicates the use of the Resource Pack and the following

Grundsätzlich hätte ich gesagt, wenn ich jetzt in der Credit-Nennung: [Copyright](C) KADOKAWA CORPORATION./YOJI OJIMA schreibe, müsste ich damit auf der sicheren Seite sein. Wie schaut das jetzt mit dem Publisher aus: Degica Co., LTD muss ich den nun auch angeben?
Eine andere Frage wäre. Irgendjemand macht ein Edit zu einer Ressource. Ein klassisches Beispiel dazu wäre jetzt: "PandaMaru_MV_Birds_Recolor_by_McSundae"
Sie nutzten das RTP als Basis (somit allgemein als „Edits“ bekannt) und damit liegt das Urheberrecht ebenfalls bei Kadokawa.
Wäre dem jetzt genüge getan wenn ich in den Credits schreibe: PandaMaru oder muss ich jetzt noch zusätzlich den eigentlichen ersteller hinzufügen Kadokawa?
Vielleicht noch eine letzte Frage zum Abschluss da ich in der Eula nichts dazu finden konnte. Ich habe Offiziell RPG Maker VX Ace und MV auf Steam gekauft. Darf ich Ressourcen von VX Ace sagen wir z.b.: Icons oder Kampfhintergründe im MV nutzen?
Es ist doch ein etwas komplexeres Thema mit dem ich mich bis jetzt so gut wie gar nicht beschäftigt habe. Natürlich werden meine Spiele die ich Grundlegend erstelle immer Nicht-Kommerizell sein. Dennoch sollte das ganze doch seine Richtigkeit haben und Repsektiere jedem seinen Arbeitsaufwand.
